Preparing Goodie Bags, then sealing with tape.

Creating “Goodie Bags” by decorating and then filling with fun little gifts are a nice little thank you to our guests. It also teaches the birthday child that they can help with the organization of the bags. As we know as parents and grandparents, children will often mimic what they see, so it was no surprise that days after C’s 5th birthday party, she became interested in taking plain brown bags and creating her own goodie bags. This was verification that she is learning these life-long skills to create and can organize a project through play.

Packing the bags into a tub for storing!
